PRODUCT ORDERS AND CONSUMER PROTECTION

Orders through the online store www.smart24.gr are distance sales contracts, which are governed by the legal framework of Law 2251/1994, as is the case with other applicable Greek and Community law.

Within 24 hours of the order being placed, the customer can request its cancellation by sending an email to the Management of E-mail order at www.smart24.gr at email: smart24.sales@gmail.com under the heading "CANCELLATION OF ORDER". Within this time limit, the order will be canceled.

Upon delivery of the order, the customer has the right to return the products, exactly in the order received, by completing the form at the bottom of the online store (Returns) within 14 calendar days of delivery or by e-mail at smart24.sales@gmail.com
